- In person at ETECSA retail locations by purchasing a refill card, then adding it to their account through the Nauta User Portal
- Friends or family abroad can visit recharge websites like Csqworld, Bossrevolution, and Globaldsd to send a refill remotely
- Directly through partner platforms Transfermóvil and EnZona
Once the Nauta account associated with a Nauta Home connection is refilled, customers can immediately resume browsing and take advantage of the extra hours at half price.
Who Can Benefit from the Promotion
This special discounted rate for extra hours is only available for residential Nauta Home accounts and public international browsing accounts. It does not apply to other types of Nauta accounts like:
- Temporary/tourist Nauta accounts
- Nauta accounts for airport and hotel businesses
- Permanent Nauta accounts for national public browsing
